I have been working with BFS for a number of months and i love the team, the culture and the clients we get to see and speak with every day. All of our therapist's go above and beyond with their sessions and with our clients.

Overcharged & claimed funds not entitled to could be liable for fraud or audit ?Charged my son over $1,500 for two 1 hour home visits & 2 hours of support co-ordination, What a bunch of thieves & dishonest money hungry leeches. All from 16th October 2019 - 28th November 2019 if this is not a red flag well what is ? NDIS is investigating. Steer Clear from this mob !

Cara at Butterfish Services came on board when my family had lost our long standing COS. Cara was amazing. She was kind and caring.Cara fought hard to get my sons their new plan, she fought hard to get a review. Cara attended school appointments to be a second ear and a second set of eyes. She is an amazing advocate for not only my sons but also myself.I suffer mental illness and Cara is right beside me each and every step. Cara has completely budgeted our plans out to the final dollar.Cara goes above and beyond her role. One appt she attended was when she found out some bad family news and yet she still attended and apologised for being moments late. This shows professionalism beyond the call of duty.I highly recommend Butterfish Services and also Cara. Cause I know without Caras support my boys and I would still be struggling to navigate the world of NDIS, OT, Behavioural Support and psychological support.If you need a COS, or NDIS Service don’t look anywhere else. Cara at Butterfish is by far the best. The most passionate and caring.

Butterfish are very dishonest people, they didn't do what they promised they would do for my brother, they did nothing but my brothers NDIS money was taken out, now we are waiting for NDIS to look into this to get his money back.

I have been charged 16 hours at $193.99 per hour in march 2022 despite only having received 6 hours of work. This is now over 3k ripped off my plan and now can no longer access the supports I need. I will be reporting to the ndis commission since it has been over 6 months of hearing anything back with no adjustments made. I found out this had been taken from my plan when I went to make service bookings and noticed this very large amount taken from me. The only services I received included a 2 hour interview assessment, and three 1 hour counselling sessions however have been charged an extra 5 hours for a report (still have not received despite following up), and 6 hours of supposed 'therapy prep' which is ridiculous. I took my services elsewhere when I was told my therapist I was seeing was no longer working here however was not expecting to be billed for work not completed. I was told there was nothing which could be done because I had signed a 'service agreement' but this did not mention anywhere about scamming extra hours from my plan. I am not interested in having any involvement with this place and will be taking these complaints further. Based off reviews here it seems I am not the only person who has experienced this and will not tolerate any lies from your practice. With failing to follow up my very polite emails and calls I have made to sort this out I don't have any remorse as I had given plenty of time to sort this out.

Put my NDIS money back that you stole $868 back in April 2019. Do NOT go with Butterfish Cara will rip your NDIS plan off...be very careful, go with an honest provider who doesn't rip off vulnerable people..Sad it has to go thru NDIS Fraud section & Butterfish has to lie.
