If I could have selected no stars I would have done so, I would not deal with this person he is a rip off con man, he supplied and installed a CCTV system at my home and charged for things that he didn't do. After only 14 months the system failed and this is after having issues basically from the outset.On many occasions I tried to contact Kevin Vincenti, Tech HQ Owner, Manager Director and he failed to assist. When the system completely shut down I again tried to contact him, again nothing. I then called another Hikvision installer who was very lucky not to be seriously injured due to poor workmanship by Kevin.He now works fly in fly out and does this in his time off, all I can say is that prospective clients need to remember Buyer Beware because you don't get any after purchase service from Kevin Vincenti.I have tried to contact him as my system is still under warranty as should be his workmanship, however he doesn't care and has told me to take him to court after I ask for a refund on the system he supplied and installed,As we know taking people to court is time consuming and can be costly and this is what Kevin Vincenti is playing on, sadly people like him try to take advantage of those who are unaware of their rights or avenues they can take to be reimbursed. They hope it all becomes too hard and the person who has been badly dealt with simply goes away, not this time though Kevin, I WILL NOT be going away.
