Family-owned cafe with lots of nice stuff, such as jam, pre-loved cuckoo clock, tea towel etc. for sale. Food and coffee were good and reasonable price. We had a small salad - pumpkin and potato salad. It was good that we ordered another big one.

The best zucchini fritters I've had in a long time, and hubby loved his coffee, a great breakfast to end our anniversary stay at Tamborine Mountain, thankyou. Highly recommend this cafe!

Ordered canapés and sushi for my daughters engagement party. Some had to be gluten free. Let me say they were the absolute hit of the night. People loved them and they looked beautiful. I had so many gf options which is so rare. The chef went out of his way to ensure that even the sauces were gf.

Whilst the Spice of Life cafe is definitely an eclectic spot to enjoy a coffee (and perhaps cake that I didn't get to try, unfortunately), the breakfast was fairly bland and miserable for the price. I had the Kale breakfast, which sounded pretty good on paper but left a lot to the imagination. My father had eggs and toast with chipolata and bacon, and again, it was quite uninspiring. Another relative had the Smashed avo, and that looked like a good dish to have.The venue itself is fantastic and very popular, a timber cottage with a variety of artsy clocks all over the walls that one can purchase. The display cabinet was full of glorious looking cakes and salads. The service was top notch with friendly staff and efficient. Although it did seem strange, a table of 6 could only book an hour time slot online, but perhaps the booker (not me) made a mistake. Regardless of, they definitely appear to have some good options on their menu that I will try in the future, and perhaps I may rate the place higher. The coffee was decent, and that's definitely important.

First visit as part of a ride out from the Gold Coast.Parking at the front door.Quick service.Not many the day I attended but told usually very well patronised.Enjoyed the meal especially that the scrambled eggs were served next to the toast not on the toast.Will be back lots of lovely motorcycles often arrive for coffee.Same friendly quick service.Often themed days.

This place is just the cutest. Kyle has a wealth of knowledge of the area and gave great recommendations with a happy smile. Food was delicious and hot chocolate was the best I have had in along time.

I got the veggie stack and it was delightful.The lady behind the counter was super friendly and up for a chat which was lovely.Wide selection of food on the menu and the cafe was kept clean.
