There is an assistant at this pharmacy who is always rude or snide and has twice been aggressive to me. On both of those occasions she came from behind the counter to get closer to me and confront me with menace. Once she stood at the door when I had exited yelling at me Try it." What she was inviting me to "try" I can only imagine she hoped I would come close enough for her to attack me in the alleyway where there would be no witnesses. Today she once again came from behind the counter as I was trying to leave and I was truly afraid to turn my back so that I could open the door. They are selling 5 rapid antigen tests for $90, what a rip off

Very friendly staff who kindly checked my blood pressure for me. Definitely the friendliest pharmacy in East Gosford.

This is our family pharmacy for a reason. From sourcing important scripts to ordering in a particular brand of sanitary product - all with kindness and empathy.

Hours of operation are incorrect, and when I tried to call to confirm whether they were open or not around 8pm I got a hold message stating that they were on the phone and then some music. That went on for 15 minutes so I drove there in desperation for childrens panadol and they were CLOSED.

I regularly visit this pharmacy however will not again after my experience today. After contacting multiple pharmacies searching for rapid antigen tests this was the only pharmacy with tests still available.I was horrified to see the price gouging occurring here. Tests that are usually sold for around $15 were being sold for $18.99! When I questioned the price I was told we're the only place on the coast that has tests available so that is why we have made them this price." What a disgraceful attitude to have during a pandemic."

Thank you East Gosford Pharmacy as I got to see my family since they were able to source RAT's during the holidays. The staff were very helpful considering the lack of availability. Highly recommend this chemist for experience and customer service.

Great service from all the team at Kesby's. My family have been going there for over 40 years and it feels good to help out a small business versus the warehouse monopoly giants. We all need to support small business.
