Came in wanting some lamb shoulder and the friendliest Butcher I have ever met gladly got me a huge cut of it and diced it up for me into big chunks. Great quality, very decently priced, and tasted amazing in our stew. Highly recommend you visit here and order this top quality meat while in Westbury. We’ll be back again for sure!

We enjoy the quality meats we buy from Nathan. He takes pride in the variety and freshness of his range.The staff always cheery and more than a little helpful. Sometimes when I'm undecided in what I want to buy for the week, Nathan's happy to suggest what and extras to go with it for the meal.We live in another town but make the extra trip as we know we can rely on his service to his customers. A good, old fashioned butcher shop where it's all about the customer.

Delicious beef, spinach and feta sausages! Never had sausages that were as lean as these were. Dry pan fried them expecting the usual amount of unhealthy fat to appear as they cooked. But no. Hardly any fat!Will visit the Westbury (Tasmania) butcher next time I find myself in that neck of the woods & purchase a wider selection of what's available on the day.
