I have dealt with Developing Links for over 4 years as a provider. Always excellent. Now quite different.Have to chase up payments and taking far too long.

Rachel and her team at Developing links have been nothing but good to us , above and beyond the experiences I have had with other NDIS plan managers.We have been on the NDIS for 5 years now, and to be honest I have not dealt with anyone who is so clear and transparent about how they work and help you to get the best out of your funding package in the Adelaide Metro area. Once you sign with them, you can access the Advantage Careview app to see your budget, see a breakdown in funds in each category , and also have the choice through this app to ‘approve’ or ‘decline’ submitted invoices from your providers. It is so simple! Every month you are also sent a monthly statement of the funds you have spent.And any time you need to speak to the plan managers and call through on the 1300 - number, and left a message , it hardly ever long before they get back to you. Every time I have done this, they get back to me within the hour!I have recommended-Developing Links to several other people that I know with NDIS plans. It is a personalised service that I recommend for anyone needing plan management in the Adelaide metro area...

Great company to deal with. We provide our cleaning services to several of their clients and they always pay on time and provide great communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Constantly chasing up invoices it’s ridiculous how long they will take they will push it right out & then on the 3rd phone call will finally process it.

I wish to update my review. after working with another company. Developing links Invoicing is better than the company that my client uses. They process the invoices quicker and are easy to deal with.

Very poor .. constantly chasing invoices each time I send one throughThey claim “to allow up to 5 business days for payments to be received”It’s been 9 days and I’ve just called them only to find out I may not receive payment until tomorrow

Have used this service for over 5 years always great at follow up and sorting out quirky NDIA issues!
