Valentine and Co. are such a delight to talk to. Great customer service! I have purchased the rattan rocking horse and a rattan bassinet from them and I can't describe how much I am in love with these pieces. They are simply stunning and by far my most treasured and favourite items I have bought for my newborn!

It was love at first sight with my Etsy rattan crib from Valentine and Co Collections and I can’t say enough good things about this company! Talk about customer service! Tracey and Jasz had so much trouble getting this crib shipped to me over seas and it ended up costing them in the end. They basically gave me this crib for free with how much shipping came out to be for them in the end! Yet they still honored my order and made sure to get it to me in time before baby arrived! They could’ve easily refunded me and sold the crib full price to someone local and I even offered that as an option but they wanted to make my crib dreams come true and took the hit themselves! Words can’t express how thankful I am to them!

Clothing is nice, a little oversized but reasonable quality. Except the socks which had marks. The store had two items which oversold as there was appeared to be little control taken to when selling on multiple sources (website and selling group) to remove stock from one or the other. The first item when they contacted they were very hesitate to admit they made a mistake but swapped it for the next size up (which I accepted). The second item I did not get contacted about, it was only when I received package that I realised it was missing. Turns out it had been refund with no apology or contact. Poor customer service, would not recommend.

We were thrilled to find this beautifully designed rattan furniture closeby in Perth. Not only were we able to visit the showroom to see the pieces in person but we also saved a considerable delivery fee. We can’t wait for our twins to join us earth side so we can finally use the kingside Jute bassinet!

Beautiful quality and very reasonably priced. Customer service was amazing, so lovely to deal with and the communication on delivery etc was excellent.Have strongly recommended valentine & co to all my mummy friends and they never disappoint. My first stop for all the gorgy things my bub needs!

Would absolutely not recommend this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a Sune Ratten Shelf and what I received did not match the one they had pictured on their social media and website. As a small business I purchased this to use for product photography. I have many cane pieces and I have never received anyone with blue colouring. The business stated that is wasn’t faulty and that is was my responsibility to cover the shipping back to them if I wanted it replaced (even though I had already spent $25 on shipping) . If they were happy with blue cane in their product why isn’t this the picture that is used on their website. I have tried to communicate with them and now they are flat out ignoring me. Just be aware of their polices (which are illegal) and what you see on social media might not match what you receive. For $180 I thought I would be receiving a high quality product. The customer service is disgusting.

Extremely happy with the quality of the children’s clothing I have purchased. They are so soft and comfortable and the colours are dreamy!! Have also purchased one of the mirrors which is to die for! Excellent customer service and super fast delivery and availability for local pick up option.
