Lived at Sola and while under Maria’s management everything was perfect. As soon as Kim took over as the on-site manager, happiness dipped, she was overly controlling, extremely rude, and clearly had no idea what she was doing. She has tried multiple times to double or triple charge us for utilities, also made us pay an extra week of rent at the end of our lease so that the bond clean and pest control could be done, well we paid a little extra for this and the pest control and bond clean that she supplied still weren’t completed by the end of that paid extra time. Ridiculous, power hungry, money hungry, rude and pathetic.

Visited Vida to consider buying here. This site is overdeveloped, townhomes packed in tight. Low amenity for residents. The garden and pool with bbq is a token offering. It's bare minimum in quality and size. The developer could have provided higher quality amenity here but relies on the amenity of the location to make up for it. There's only a small structure at the bbq for shading. The privacy to many townhomes is compromised severely due to the overdeveloped site with separation to perpendicular homes inadequate. An option for investors to rent out but not a homely environment.
