As a long term customer I have found this store a bit hit and miss over the years.Recently I purchased a tray of chicken breast. On my return home after separating the meat to freeze I realised that the tray actually contained 600gms less chicken than advertised on the label.I advised the store at the time but received no response.In my view this is not good enough, especially at a time when food prices are high so many people are buying in bulk and having to trust what is on the label.

You can get a different shopping experience here. You need to get membership, that is $60 per year. The membership holders can only use fuel, the cost of fuel little bit lower than others. The store is huge and bulk items are always available. But according to my experience with other Costco outlet in other countries, this outlet products are little bit expensive. The quality of the products are good, they provide after sales service too.

Stopped coming here for months as lines too long. Continues to be the same. I used to go so often 2011-2014 and now days with the chaos I avoid it. Went as I wanted to see the meat prices. (Still over priced and I wanted kg not 3-5)Kids had a snack and chicken burger was dry.

Mess, chaotic store. Quality was ok(farmers market are fresher), a bit overpriced(less convenience in location, but not much price difference from coles or woolworths).More suitable for big families and parties.Love the sugar plum!Won’t recommend Grilled chicken, dried apricot.

Excellent. A typical Costco facility - it's huge and it's stocked with so many different products. Make sure that you do your research before hand of course. If you do, you can definitely save money by buying in bulk here. Cheap fuel outside and the hot dogs are great!

Canberra storeThe staff seems to be carefree about customers, no urgency for a rush period, receipts checkout was very slow (checking all items on receipt and checking the trolley if it corresponds) like they have alot of theft.Very frustrating when it's busy, imagine this was on a Monday afternoon (there was a long wait on the checkout) and I believe it was due to staff's ignorance

Great products but not very well managed compared to the others I've been to in QLD. Shame long lines just put me off and do I really need that stuff that bad I want to wait an hour in line... nope.

Amazing experience today, help was at every corner. Had my 3 month old strapped to me. Guy at the entry helped with my baby bag and trolley, guy walking past as I was about to grab a box of drink came over and helped, at the check out the guy packed my trolley for me, and then one of the guys collecting the trolleys came over and put all the bulky and heavy stuff in my boot. It was by far my best shopping experience. The staff were super friendly, everyone instantly just came over and asked if they could help. I love the quality and price of food, the cheaper petrol. Thank you Costco staff.
