Yesterday I went to this Physio and they charged $100 for 15 minutes & instead of taking care of my pain they have aggravated my back ache & it’s really painful. I just can’t sleep & this place & Physio’s working have no proper training & education. Good luck to you but they will create such a painful journey which you will cry all your life.

I have been seeing Robyn, Hanh-nhi, and the team at Balwyn Physio for more than five years now. Each time with a different issue with my upper/lower back, arms and neck from a work or sport related injury, and they have been excellent in the management of my symptoms and have provided pain relief. I have also visited the team on Saturday mornings for reasonably priced massages which are great for relieving all that midweek stress. The exercises and stretches they have prescribed over time have also helped me correct my posture, and have help me remain pain free. I highly recommend booking an appointment.

Robyn and Hanh-Nhi have done an amazing job helping me get back to life without pain.I had intermittent pain that radiates down my arm and Robyn was able to help with the problem in a few sessions. With regular stretching and doing the exercises, I haven't had any issues since.I have recommended the team at Balwyn Physio to all my friends and family who have been treated and are all going well. If I could give the team more than five stars I would.They're very flexible with times and the reception team are always fantastic when I need to make a last minute consult or massage session when I've tweaked my back.Very reasonable consult prices compared to other physios in the area too!

I have been a patient of Balwyn Physio for many years. The care that Robyn and Hanh-Nhi provide is exceptional. Attending weekly pilates sessions tailored to me keeps my injuries under control.

I presented with shoulder pain from performing gym exercises and the physio was able to find my trigger points straight away which helped to relieve the pain when I bench press. She also showed me exercise strategies to improve my technique to prevent the pain from coming back.

I have been going to Balwyn Physio for quite a number of years and have found the staff very helpful and catered for all my physio and Pilates needs. My husband also goes to Balwyn Physio and Pilates and has benefited enormously from there caring staff. I can highly recommend this physio for anyone in need.

I had a mixed experience at Balwyn Physio. On the one hand, Robyn seemed very observant, more so than any physio I’ve been to. Unlike others, she seemed to know exactly what the problem I had was caused by. However, she definitely was big on trying to get people to sign up to Pilates, which I suppose is the other half of her business.The problem, however, was that the Pilates instructor, who was also apparently qualified as a physiotherapist, was definitely several grades below Robyn. She seemed reasonably competent as a Pilates instructor, but really didn’t seem experienced or knowledgeable when it came to actual physiotherapy. I feel like she actually made my problem worse when she tried to do some hands-on therapy. Needless to say, I stopped going.

My son was participating in a rep cricket tournament on the opposite oval when he was hit in the thumb by a cricket ball. Thanks so much Balwyn Physio for supplying me with some tape, assessing my sons hand and strapping my sons injured thumb on the spot free of charge. Your kindness was very much appreciated. He promises an X-ray tomorrow !!!!

Robyn helped me with the rehabilitation of my left arm after I broke my collarbone. She is very thorough and prescribed me with the exercises required to regain my lost strength.

With chronic back issues I have a tailored program and attend clinical rehabilitation classes weekly under supervision. The care and expertise is top class. I am now pain free and my strength has increased. All the staff are friendly, kind and professional. Thank you all
