Been here twice now and always started on time for my appointment. The ladies here work fast and gentle. My SNS hasn’t chipped at all.It’s clean and the music isn’t too loud so it’s relaxing. Reasonably priced too.

Absolutely disappointed in so many ways, got my nails done for the first time here. first of all it was crooked badly (literally 4 fingers) there were two ladies telling me they will fix it but they didn’t, paid $93 for a simple one coloured French tip set and they didn’t even have the design done properly!!! Not happy with the service, im embarrassed of these nails literally!!! Not a good place AT ALL!!!

Very happy with the service I received @ Wills nails Cobblebank. I went there with a set of nails I had done elsewhere that I wasn't happy with as they were too thick, lumpy & looked bad.The nail technician @ Wills nails listened to what I actually wanted in terms of length & shape.I left there with a nice set of smooth & natural looking nails that are still feeling & looking good 5 days later :)

Today was my first visit to Will's Nails Cobblebank, and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end!! The ladies were so lovely and welcoming, and their attention to detail was amazing. Such a warm, clean, friendly environment, amazing staff, and incredible service!! I will definitely be coming back!! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend to everyone!!

So happy after my experience with the lovely ladies here. I had booked elsewhere and that fell through, I called last minute hoping to get in for a spa pedicure and and manicure. The lovely ladies fit me in and it’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Very reasonable price, quality product and the ladies were very sweet. Cannot thank them enough! Merry Christmas!!

I made a booking for 6pm and the ladies before me had a 5:45, we didn't get worked on til 6:45. My set of nails are still perfect I cannot complain about them, it was just a fast and tad painful job. I understand this was a busy evening but I recommend putting customer satisfaction above rushing us all in to only waste our time.

Went here for the 1st time today.. staff are lovely, very happy with my nails. Had both, a Mani pedi and manicure using Shellac polish.. will definitely return for my next appt..very well priced also..
