Quick friendly service. Every time I've needed a pink slip or a globe replaced they do it straight away. Prices are fair, quotes I've had at other places are usually much higher. Great father and son team.

For this review I wish I could give it a minus5 stars. I called up to get a quote or a rough price on a new alternator, the first time I asked they refused to tell me and said I would have to drive my car down there so they could see it! What a joke, the man obviously has no idea that a car cannot be driven without an alternator. When I asked the second time what the price would be he said $250!!! WARNING people if you ever see an alternator for the price of $250 run the other way. Very unprofessional, extremely rude, not enough customer experience/ knowledge. I am so glad I did not waste money on getting my car towed here.

worst experience ever. quoted $2600 for a pink slip took him 1 day. went to another mechanic took 2min and cost $340. stay clear of these rip off artists

Man was very rude just wanted pink slip but was very weird experience told me to comeThen said he wouldn't do it cause my speakers were in the back I said I'll take them out he said to leave rude weird waist of time

Rudi's are my first choice for pink and blue slips as they quick and efficient and pleasant to deal with. Plus I don't mind not having to operate the lights, indicators, horn etc, etc as they do it all themselves!

Unfortunately had a terrible customer experience with Rudi. I booked in for a simple service, he called to say the front break pads needed replacing which was fine but he replaced the whole rotor for both as well, costing an extra $300.When I called the next morning to discuss returning them he was very grumpy, unhelpful & flat out refused to rectify it in any way. Repeating himself & speaking over to top of me until he hung up.I won't be back obviously but this was just terrible customer service.
