If there where more stars I'd go higher than 5. From the very start when I reached out to Vicki her communication was flawless. We spoke in depth about the concerns I have with my two dogs and she took the time to understand the situation in the finest detail. Vicky made arrangements to work around my schedule and made it all happen. Extreme level of patience and calmness throughout the session and very informative. I definitely finished the session with high spirits and high hopes that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Two weeks on and all recommendations have been spot on and progress is going well. I can not thank Vicki enough.

Thanks so much Vicki, you changed our world! Due to the unique set up of our house, we needed help with toilet training and Vicki really got this sorted for me as I was pulling my hair out! She also trained our puppy in lots of commands I hadn't even thought about and after 2 visits, she had the kids all on the same page & the puppy responding to them! Thanks Vicki, highly recommend such a great & personalised service!

Vicki is amazing! Her lessons were structured perfectly and she never left any questions unanswered. My dog’s anxiety has decreased substantially after implementing her techniques and advice. Vicki is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and it shows in the results of each training session.Highly recommend!

We have had the pleasure of having Vicki training our 3 puppies. Her patience and knowledge is outstanding as we can see the results in our fur babies. We receive great response to all questions and Vicki goes far and beyond in providing information that helps with all aspects of training. Promising Pups Dog Training
We had Vicki come for a home consultation with our pug puppy due to his overexcited behaviour. Vicki was extremely friendly and approachable throughout the session and took the time to answer all our questions. She also gave some advice for our other dog who was still adjusting to having a new puppy around and followed up to make sure her suggestions were working. We would highly recommend Vicki for anyone looking to learn about dog behaviour and how to teach your dogs to behave how you want them to.

Promising Pups Dog Training
I had my Mini Daschund Ollies (1yrs) first training session yesterday and it was great. Vicki really knows her stuff and is very genuine, caring about the pups well-being. We gained lots of practical tips and she taught us how to manage the issues we were having- consistency is the key. Highly recommend booking a session.
