Dapper & Boss

I have been going to this place for a while now, I have trusted that the barbers will do a good job. And to which they’ve fulfilled that they have every time. But recently I went to get a trim, there must’ve been a new barber and I’ll be honest he ruined my hair. I asked for a fade and a trim on the top. He does a half completed fade on the sides, cuts off too much length before I could even have a say and excessively used the thinning shears which ruined the texture. I have to say I am disappointed. There should be either a training course where barber should learn how to communicate with the customer, constantly checking if what they are doing is what the customer wants.

I have been to Daper and Boss many times and without fail they do a fantastic job every time. Today Bisso took the best care in cleaning up my hair and beard. I can go here every time knowing that they will look after me and will do the best job every time.

Sent my 13yr old daughter there for a haircut in the school holidays. She spent $580 and was upsold" hair treatment and products. The bill paid on my credit card I'll say it again was $580!! Although it's my responsibility to manage a child (lesson learnt). Hairdressers should not upsell a child/minor. Extra star given as it was a professional job"

One of the worst barber experiences I have had. Not one to normally write a review for poor service but the barber who cut my hair was rude and did an extremely rushed job (even though there was still an hour till close and no waiting customers). I could live with it all if it wasn’t as expensive as it was.Wouldn’t go again.

So I sit and get draped, and the guy gets on his phone, without a care in the world that a customer is there, on the chair, waiting….totally awkward and a wasted time! Hair cut was super quick, like he wanted me outta there! Didn’t show the back of my head after the cut and only realised after I came home and after my wife pointed out that the back hairline wasn’t straight! Paid $35 for this joke! This was my first time here and it sure will be the last!

Have been getting my hair cut by Bisso at Dapper & boss Castle Hill for the past 3 years & can safely say no one keeps my mullet & beard in better shape. Always very warm & welcoming & think it’s fair to say that all the boys do an amazing job :)

To Leo: I went to the wedding and I got compliments. I used to go to a hairdresser for my cuts. The team here are quick, pleasant and hard working. Leo went the extra mile to fix my beard and was a good man to talk to. I hope you give Leo his props. Well done sir.

Came here because it was more convenient than going to my usual barber that day. The guy me down, asked me how I wanted my beard trimmed and proceeded to tell me that it wasn't possible to do what I wanted without using product (my usual barbers do it without product). Gave me a trim that lasted less than 2 minutes, not what I asked for and tried to sell me product the entire time.
