Disgusting customer service, just because I pulled up on a bike I was required to pay before I filled up, but every other person there was not required to because they were in a car?I had already removed all my gear, my backpack, gloves and helmet which I placed next to the bowser, so I was clearly not going to do a runner as the lady cashier rudely thought I would be doing. After I stated that all my gear is clearly off and sitting over there that I am merely here to fill the bike with fuel and enter the store and pay like everyone else, she said oh you are going to pay? are you sure you will pay?"

If you want to spend 30-40 cents extra per litre of fuel then this is the servo for you! It lies in a very low socioeconomic area but has some of the highest fuel prices in Brisbane. Price gouging at its worst.

I have never been treated so disgustingly by a store manager in my life. I did say to her that she didn’t need to be rude to me, then she continued to be rude, as well as spoke over me. I then asked for the owners number, she replied she couldn’t supply me with the number, I would search it up, and be making a complaint about her and how rude she was, she then proceeded to speak over top of me again, telling me she knows my kinda people, I again told her she didn’t have to keep being rude, she then started raising her voice at me telling me she knows my kinda people, I raised my voice back, telling her she didn’t have to start yelling at me all of this happened in front of my 2 year old child as well.If this is what kinda staff you employ to represent your company especially as a manager, is disgusting. I regularly visit this establishment, and I have received attitude in the past from employees but never to the extent this coming from a manager too. I choose this service station above all others cause the owner has been nothing but polite, always given updates on fuel price rises prior to them rising and never not engaged with his customers even if he wasn’t serving. His staff on the other hand reflect badly on his business. In the future, I will seeing if this woman is working and if she is I will not be attending this establishment again.Absolutely appalling, disgusting, and atrocious service. I would appreciate it if the OWNER would contact me please.

Went to pump #1 to use the red 98 supreme pump and it wasn’t working, barely spent 30 seconds and went to pump #6 and the 98 red there was working so we used that. When I went in to pay the lady told me to pay for pump #1. I told her we didn’t even use it and she insisted we did. She told me to pay $88 for pump 1 as well as the pump we were using. How tf could I pour $88 worth of fuel in my car within 30 seconds? Make it make sense. My proof? Please staff that work there if you’re reading this check your security cameras that recorded it today on the 12 of December 2022 during 12:20PM to 12:40PM. I think the lady doesn’t understand English that well. Couldn’t stay and argue coz I was late for work. I’m pretty sure I’m not the first but I hope I’m the last. Please stop scamming us honest working people, aren’t we all in the same boat? Don’t do this again.

1 word - RUDE.6.45pm on 23/04/2022. A total ignorant Indian staff was serving me.No Hello, No greetings, Doesn't even say a single word to me (nor tell me how much of my petrol price). Point the Eftpos machine and looked at his phone straight away.I repeat, he didn't even say a word to me. I get it, there is a good day bad day. But don't ruin other's day with your disgusting customer service and attitude!

It's a 7-eleven, not too bad but the poor staff are always under pressure.

I was told i had to remove my mask. When I told them I'd had covid they told me it was policy for all service stations. I've been to a couple with my mask on and it's never been an issue. I'll go to the servo opposite them from now on. I haven't run across a friendly staffer at this 7-11 either.
