Ocean Pacific Resort

On the whole the experience was great. Clean rooms, kitchen well stocked, location to shops, beach and Casino excellent.As my husband and I travel a lot we have to stay in wheelchair accessible rooms with no hob in shower. These questions are ALWAYS asked. On arrival we noticed there is a hob in the shower, albeit a small one and an opening only wide enough for a shower commode. On ringing reception the woman advised they are not rated as disability/wheelchair accessible. We were NOT advised at the time of booking directly with the resort, although, she tried to argue that we were advised after making it...not the case.

Well what can l say just spent 12 night in a two bedroom apartment with a ocean view. The apartment was amazing and the view was spectacular ,the apartment was clean and very tidy it had everything that we needed. As for the staff they were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble you would always speak and ask what are you doing today and when we returned they would ask how was your day. To the young girl who worked on the two weekends we stayed keep up the good work you have a great personality stay focused on your job and don't change. Well done to all.

They let people have dogs in the rooms. This woman hops on the lift with 2 dogs - one off leash and it tried to jump all over me. I had jump back as my daughter is allergic and can't come in contact with dogs at all.She had just walked right past the reception desk so they are well aware she is walking dogs off leash walking through the building and living in apartments.Update: On our last day staying there, a different woman did the same thing - sausage dog - off leash gets on the lift, it tried to approach my daughter and she freaked out - it's stressful and unacceptable for the price being paid that you are accosted by dogs in the lift - twice in 7 days. Reception are well aware - the dogs walk right past reception daily.

Nice place with great views and a fabulous pool and spa. Clean and relatively modern. Very convenient spot. The wifi was so poor it barely existed. The beds were very squeeky, and the second bedroom had opaque doors that meant all light from the living room got in and meant the kids had trouble sleeping.

Our last visit at Ocean Pacific, 6 nights in #124, was the worst.The sofas were worn out and stainedSofa -beds, the only seating in the room should be comfortable seating!The television was as old as the sofa-beds, no Foxtel for the last 3 days and the Foxtel package has been cut back to a very basic package!The beds need to be upgraded, springs are done!Have stayed at Ocean Pacific multiple times, different floors, different appartments and have always been comfortable, except for this last visit.All in all, quite disappointing after all these years.

Clean units, nice pool area, secure parking, about 12min walk to main shopping in Broadbeach Rest nearby Indian, Thai & Japanese Tempen yaki . Nice views 7th floor upwards of ocean.

Just stayed for 5 days with my grown kids. Stayed in 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Fully equipped, amazing view of the ocean, clean, great air conditioning. Reception staff absolutely friendly. Never had to wait more than 1 minute for a lift which is a big deal for me! Close to shops, restaurants and public transport. The pool area is amazing. We spent a lot of time there. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the stay, great locationBeautiful clean apartment. We stayed in room 132 on the 13th floor. A one bedroom with ocean views from the bedroom and balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Modern bathroom with large shower. Great swimming pool with a large, separate spa and separate shallow pool. BBQ area by the pool.Short stroll to the beach and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.The only small negative we found was that the bedroom really needed a blackout blind behind the main curtain to keep out the morning sun which lit up the room from 6am even with the curtains closed. So the bedroom was a lot warmer than the lounge even with the air conditioning on.But overall a really nice stay. The staff so friendly and helpful too.

The location, apartment and facilities were great, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lucinda even went out of her way to give my son her own basketball so he could play on the courts across the street.Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to an unforseen problem with our room's cooling and no other rooms were available. However Melissa provided a refund for part of our stay and we had to find alternative accommodation.All staff were very friendly and accomodating and allowed us to stay that night until we could find suitable accomodation during a very busy time of year. Would stay again.

Was denied stay because I’ve forgotten my physical bank card in Melbourne. Had already paid online for my stay the day prior. Offered $1000 in cash instead or to tap my phone but was sent home instead. I’m sure a manager could’ve sorted this out.The girl behind the desk even told me they’ve sent people home that had their bags stolen at the airport with their bank card inside. Are you guys serious?Might be a nice hotel but customer service is terrible
