Visited today for a facial & massage. The facial itself wasn’t too bad but the relaxing atmosphere was ruined by staff chatting loudly outside the curtain - very unprofessional.As for the massage, I would call it more of a rub than an actual massage, asked the lady to increase the pressure/ strength many times with nil result. Was also pretty uncomfortable that the masseuse’s nails were so long she kept scratching and poking me whilst massaging. Lastly. Don’t waste your money on a 1 hour massage when 1/4 of the time is allocated to ‘heat pack’ time which I could have done at home. Won’t be returning that’s for sure.

Where shall I begin?The first 10 minutes of my massage was spent laying under a heatpack while my therapist" engaged me in a bit of small talk. Then she schleps on a pile of cream on my body and spends the rest of the massage session just rubbing it in. My requests for her to add more pressure and address tight muscles were completely ignored. The whole massage experience was one big greasy rub down. Now I know what it feels like to be a piece of leg ham being prepared for Christmas dinner.Next

I think this beauty clinic is too bad because staff always pushes facial products to customer and time is too short, the price is so expensive and effect of facial is the worst. I don't go there any time.
