You literally have some of the worst reviews for a job agency I've seen. Courtesy of your employer Gemma who is not only rude borderline abusive and purposely neglects suspends and denies payments. She's never met the criteria of the workplace let alone in customer service. Your job agency is a joke and should be published on Yelp to help others avoid dealing with a poorly managed agency along with its poorly picked employees. Do yourself a favour and close down it'll help alot of people get the help they actually need from a worthy job agency.

Today a young lady called Jemma helped me out to start work today although she was very busyinterviewing her clients among other duties she addressed all my issues that I was finding difficult to even start my job today. Thank you Jemma for being attentive you have made my day... actually my year. And thank you very much werrna for making everything possible so I could have the means and the connection to Jemma

Had been with them throughout all of 2021, and do not recommend them at all.Practically useless - they consistently forgot to call me for the meetings which meant I had to call THEM to avoid being penalized (which typically took at least 30 minutes on hold). That is even if they scheduled one at all, or informed me if they did so. They would mark me as having attended" so I didn't miss a payment

My Son was supposed to start with you guys but we tried changing appointments oh my goodness trying to get through is like hitting ya head against a brick wall!! No one got back to him so now we are changing job providers we are done.

What a shame that such an amazing company with beautiful values has staff with abusive and demeaning behaviour. I don't really know who oversees this office, however this needs to be addressed, as I am not the first person to write this abusive behaviour about staff.

This JBN has harrassed and made so many complications for me, even though i have not been signed up with them since 2020- feb 2021. all of a sudden a year later they book me an appointment on the one year anniversary of my partner passing they cancel my payment

I recently obtained work, the guys at Springfield have been great with the support they have offered. They sent me shopping to get work clothes and when I mentioned I was having car trouble, they booked my car in for a service. They have made the transition back into the workforce a lot easier.

The management is great but one of the staff members are rude and don't put me forward for suitable work when it comes up and wonders why I am long-term unemployed. I wouldn't waste me time signing up with this Job Network Provider.
