Lovely shop close to the station. Racks are packed tightly with good quality items, mostly second handed.Great shopping experience. One can simply spend hours browsing in there to find good gems. Menswear, womenswear, kidswear, accessories, handbags, home decors and manchesters.Manchesters and kidswears are on sale when visited. Yellow ticketed clothes get 50% off.Staffs are helpful and kind. Shop is long, easy to move around.Management can be improved though. Completing survey and get a 10% off is a great offer for customers. Thank you for this promotion.When promotion is no longer there, manager should remove the advertising promotion card off the counter. Staffs ask customers to do the survey.Customers are disappointed. They do the survey and are told that the promotion is no longer available. They won't get this offer even though the survey is completed.A nice way to communicate with customers with respect is to apologise for the confusion. I believe an efficient manager in other stores would not have refused to still apply the promotion in this same situation.Prices are pretty reasonable when they are on sales. Some vintage items such as popular jeans are around $75.The other op shop sells the same item for $28. Swaps" in Newtown sells designer label jeans for around $59. Small leather bags in other shops would not be over $15.If you choose carefully
