After many years using Dragon Medical Practice Edition (through to Version 4 most recently), I have made the switch to Dragon Medical One and could not be happier with it. These guys are truly a five-star operation. I have purchased Dragon, speech Mike Air, and a PowerMic III through their set up which reflects excellent customer service. On occasions where I have had even minor faults, customer service has been same day and a very high standard. This included warranty service for the speechmike air. Big shout out to James who was very helpful for remapping functions in Dragon. I use them for all my dictation equipment now due to the great service. Thanks again
