Spotless bond cleaning

Wishclean will make you WISH you avoided this company. Please avoid them at all costs!!We hired this company to do a bond clean and it was unsatisfactory to say the least. Not only was the date/time changed multiple times and the communication within the company abysmal, the cleaners arrived later than agreed, and they very clearly did not complete the job.The carpets had not been carpet cleaned - which we paid for.The balcony had not been cleaned - which we paid for.The walls had not been spot cleaned - which we paid for.The mirrors were left streaky.The sliding doors that we paid to be cleaned were left streaky along with the windows.One of the blinds was broken off from upstairs and thrown downstairs in the garage with other rubbish the cleaners left.We provided photographic evidence to support this claim and the company is fighting our demand for a refund.See photos as an after their bond clean" reference.AVOID! I paid extra for the carpet to be clean. I have been talking with the company for over 24 hours they told me someone would come back. Still waiting. The carpets were not touched at all. Do not use this company they are a scam. They also run under best bond cleaning" which is what I actually booked and this is the company that showed up. The address on their website is also the middle of the shopping center no actual store at all"

DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE. IT IS A SCAM. YOU WILL NOT TAKE YOUR BOND BACK.I booked Bond Cleaning Service at Wish Cleaning on the 6th of January, 2023. I lived in a townhouse which has 2 floors so I expected that would be at least 2-people job. But they only sent 1 guy come with barely cleaning equipments provided. They even called me on the day to ask to pay extra $200. I was like okay no problem, as long as the house being cleaned well and maybe this guy had skills. So I decided to wait for the result.But not, it was completely terrible. He did everything so reckless, all he did was just spraying and wiping irresponsibly. You could imagine it was worse and more basic than we clean our house everyday. Then he left the property without any handover and wrapping-up job.My property manager came to inspect the house the day after and she was totally disappointed and felt sorry for the service I hired. She sent me the Exit Report with so many things have not been cleaned. I was so embarrassed and had to apologise. Even the agency said that was not a great bond cleaning to be honest.I called the Wish Cleaning, asked them to come re-do the job (their bond cleaning doesn’t include carpet clean even I did put on my enquires). The same guy came on the day after and kept asking my partner to show him where to clean (he should have known because that was his job and the Exit Report had been forwarded to Wish before he came). That was unprofessional.We paid money for the job so of course we expected it would be done well. There is no point of having bond cleaning service but I still loose my bond money because of uncompleted cleaning (because my property manager had to hire a different team to come finish up cleaning).This is unacceptable.From my terrible experience recently, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to hire this service to avoid any inconvenience caused.

ASKED TO RE-CLEAN, NO SHOW AND NO REDUND - THEY HAVE GHOSTED ME. Absolutely appalled by the level of professionalism. Arrived to site after changing the time of arrival several times on a Saturday, he was very cold and not friendly to deal with. Had arranged for a carpet clean however they only vacuumed (even barely did that). I have a cat and as a consequence of this the new tenant broke out into hives. Have asked them to come back numerous times via email and phone however they have been carefully avoiding me like the plague. Have had to extend my lease and order another bond cleaner to fix the mess. See how this ends up in court!

Absolutely awful company! Showed up 1.5hours late. We paid for 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom end of lease clean plus a carpet clean all they seemed to clean was half of the oven and run a vacuum over the floors. The bathrooms hadn’t even been touched. The skirting boards not done, not even the sinks had been cleaned it was awful. No idea how they can call themselves a cleaning company. I would call it a SCAM! I have tried calling, texting and emailing but no one responds. We had to spend money again using another company to clean. DO NOT fall under the trap and book this company! I will be contacting the ACCC, if anyone else has been scammed by this company please reach out.

It's a joke of a business. Book a bond clean for a Friday at 8 am and they didn't show up I called and was reassured that they would call me soon, that was 4 hours later only to ask me to move the appointment to the next day at 1 pm. Sure enough, they moved on to 3 pm then 3.30, asked me to pay in full (paid the deposit of $50, so said no until they show up) then asked me to move it again to the next morning. Save yourself some time and look for another business that does the job.

I just wanted to let you know that I was very pleased with the service your company provided. The exit looks great and I'm thrilled that it's clean and fresh again. The whole process was very easy and the price was reasonable. Thanks for making my cleaning experience a good one!

Awful experience, so unprofessional, a real waste of your time. They keep changing the name of their business so you can’t find them! They’re trying to avoid people trying to get their money back from terrible cleaning. Demanded money up front before cleaning, didn’t even have the right gear to clean anything. They say they will clean your carpets, not carpet cleaner in sight. Also said they would start at 8am, they didn’t show up before 9:30. Trust ALL the negative reviews you see! Even the lady working the front desk was abusive when she called us to question why we cancelled! We cancelled because of how bad the reviews were and were scared of being scammed, she said “we should have read the reviews before we booked with them then”. Seriously a joke for a business and I hope no one else gets scammed by them!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
