Would strongly not recommend getting lashes lifted here, mine turned out disastrous and required two relaxing" events to try and get them to calm down and look even remotely normal. The ladies that fixed my lashes at a different salon said they were some of the worst they had ever seen. I did have my eyebrows threaded and that was fine but won't be returning here"

Pinky looked after me with waxing and eyebrow threading. She is an absolute pro! Super lovely, personable and fast. The price is the best I've found in Brisbane and they give discounts for regular clientele. Recommend highly!

I have been going to the Kelvin Grove salon for just over a year and a half now for a full leg wax and brow thread. Pinky is so amazing at both!! I have had less pleasant experiences with other employees so I honestly only really make sure I'm in when she's working. She is so quick and effective so it makes a semi-painful experience easy and manageable!

I had a visit today and Megha did my eyebrows and facial . I’m usually very anxious with threading but Megha was very gentle that I didn’t even feel it so I had facial done too. I hope I get to see her again for my next appointment.

Friendly and welcoming staff who provided a wonderful pampering experience. Treatments was professional, efficient, relaxing and enjoyable. I have been coming to InStyle Beauty Salon now for about 4 months and I absolutely love it. I get an eyebrow thread and tint and I recommend it to all my friends. You never leave there unhappy and they are always so friendly and they listen to exactly what you would like done.Definitely recommend it! I am very particular with how my eyebrows look and they never disappoint! Ask for Pinki! She is my favourite and always does an incredible job!Thank you so much!!!

We just wanted to give a shout out to Preet, who did an amazing job with our brows. We couldn't believe how quickly she did it, and were really happy with how they looked afterwards. One of the best eyebrow shapes we've had.

Hi I went to the kelvin grove salon, I had a pretty nasty experience... , and the was place was not clean. Even I don’t want to give one star.Firstly was made to pay for the appointment up front, never had to do that before. my therapist was really rough with the job and first time I had this type bad eyebrows threading .I would definitely not recommend this place for anyone.

Kelvin Grove location - I was told to pay for my services the moment I walked through the door, before it was even started which I have never had to do before but was happy to do so. It then took them another 5-7 minutes to start my threading as she was having issues with the eftpos machine even though on my card the payment had already gone through. Then throughout the threading, the thread broke almost 10 times just whilst doing eyebrows and upper lip which is extremely uncomfortable to keep happening. No offer was made to put cream or mosituriser on afterwards which I have always had as standard practice after threading as the skin becomes very dry. The worker continued to say it’s not something they offer unless the customer asks even though they have the cream sitting right there. Pretty disappointed in the service and would only recommend coming here if you aren’t too bothered by bad customer service.

I'm not happy with Kelvin Grove because I make henna eyebrows, the drawing is really bad and it wasn't clear at all.
