Stale products. I just bought a Chocolate Cannoli from the shop and it was already more expensive than the shop I usually buy in Bondi ($4 vs $6) for the exact same product they both got from the same supplier. The shell is supposed to be crunchy if it is fresh. The one I got was soft and stale. Clearly they stored it in the shop for at least two days. The DeliFresco shop in Bondi never sell stale Cannolis. Always crispy and fresh. This shop should not be selling stale goods unhygienically stored overnight or two nights out in the open. I will not be trying their other products. Any bakery that sells stale goods kept overnight is a big no-no, not to mention unethical.

Reasonably priced, and good service but, If I'm paying for my coffee to be made extra hot, and you say it's extra hot, then why is it luke warm? Make it as the customer wants, the customer is the one supporting your business. Otherwise, they go elsewhere

Always look forward to get my coffee from here every morning and seeing happy faces serving me it brightens my day.Their coffee is always spot on, all their staff are really helpful and I can always trust that I’m in good hands with them - would recommend anyone to go here!

Please support this small business that run by nice couple.Shop located just opposite Coles entrance, selling coffee, bread, good pastries and some sweet too.Ive bought “spinach and ricotta” roll and “mushroom ricotta” roll, both are nice, crunchy and tasty.Perfect breakfast items for me and they are serving also “the cat’s in pyjamas” coffee beans.Piccolo was good too.As per slice whole grain bread, it was good enough for me. They cut your bread right in front of you if you decided your bread loaf to get slices.

Broadway store charges $1 more per item than other Shepherds bakery stores, total rip off !! The old lady that makes the coffee is very rude, no customer service skills. Go to the Marrickville shepherds bakery store, staff are friendly and prices are reasonable.
