3D Print Specialist

I have the i3 mk3. I can't believe how often for no reason this machine has some kind of error. Iv never seen anything like it. After well over 20 hours on the very inefficient online chat and reading every forum I can I still continue to have problems. It's like I'm putting out spot fires all the time

Poor on the communication level when having issues with twist of the printer frame during assembly. Bought the Prusa Mk3s+. I wouldn't buy from these guys again. Apparently just loosen and tighten it up on a level surface is the only answer they can give to fix it, when it won't for me anyways. They don't wish to recognise that there can be other potential faults. So in the end they don't actually know what they're doing if you ask my opinion. And yeah did you read what you sent me like my mate asked? Your solution of just holding it in your hand to get the printer flat is pathetic period. Would've been good if you had given other methods apart from the obvious which didn't work. Old mate and I straightened it on his machined flat bench. Glad I didn't pay you to dodge up the printer for me.

Bought a MK3S+ kit a few weeks ago from here, no problems with shipping and after assembly it worked perfectly. When I can afford a MMU2S upgrade for the machine, I'll definitely be coming back!

I have never owned or operated a 3D printer ,but i have two mates who have them and after seeing theirs i decided to do some research on them with the aim of purchasing one , after many hours online looking at models i decided on a PRUSA Research MK3 or nothing .then i thought what if i buy one from overseas what if the printer gets damaged in transit from where its made in Europe or will i cop any import duties,i had my heart set on a MK3 so i then set about finding out if they are sold in Melbourne and to my suprise they are sold by 3D Printer Specialist,i emailed them and set about buying a MK3 pre assembled as i didnt think id be ok putting it all together .sent a deposit via direct banking (over the counter) the set it all in motion i organised a day to go pick it up and th e people at 3d Printer Specialist were spot on . Prusa say you can print right away with a pre assembled version and thats spot on i did a plate level as they suggest after moving the printer from one place to another i picked a simple form on the supplied SD Card and off the printer went on its merry way .Its almost silent only the fan can really be heard or the belts as the stepoer motors move the plate a distance .I checked the stats before i printed and it said 4 or it may have been 7 hours use and i forget how much filament went thru in a pre delivery print to see all was ok and allinged .3D Printer Specialist also sell other PRUSa items as in Printers . Prusament (prusa in house made filament),and also accessoriesSo after all that would i recommend This company to others ?
