Waterworks Car Wash
Rude customer service. Also 'accidently' hiked the price when taking payment. Hands u the keys back without any eye contact and just shoo's u away. Clean was half decent but not worth interacting with someone so unpleasant.

I've decided to amend my initial review which was a bit harsh. My initial complaint was that I felt my car key had been scratched. This still may have been the case, but tough to prove.I have been back and spoken to the manager about my complaints and the service has been much better since. They generally are pretty quick and reasonably priced. If it wasn't for my bad initial experience with the key, I would rate them much higher.

My car was very well cleaned inside & out in under 2 hours. It was filthy before, having not been cleaned for over a year. I am very happy with the service and will be back again.

Super disappointed we drove out of our way to go this car wash. We paid the second highest amount and we asked if the car seats needed to be removed prior. We were told that they could work it out. On return the car looked good from far but up close there was still a lot of dirt. I have just arrived home and looked near the car seats and they were not removed and crumbs and biscuits everywhere. We were happy to take them out, very disappointing. We did not want to complain today as the manager had just finished berating another customer who was also dissatisfied. I feel like our $70 was only worth the $30 was.

Warning, do not let them wash your car. Took my new car to their car wash today while shopping at Forest Hill. Found few scratches on my car, so I talk to the owner but he is very rude and don’t care about it. No surprise as this is not their first time if you go through all their pervious feedback.

New staff member's nice and friendly clean car washI like the new products offered to me lens klear for the headlights or germinator which sanitizers my air conditioning system at a good price :)carwash price are good price red mini detail is at a very cheap price and you get a lot of bang for your buck I'll be happy to get that next time I'm down :)Good job on my car see pics below green detail

WARNING!!!! Damage to vehicle and no accountability.My husband took our car for a wash whilst he shopped at Forest Hill with our son.On returning to the vehicle, the entire front drivers door was smashed in!He question the attendant who claimed the damage was there when you brought the car in" Are you serious?Forest Hill security was involved and the police but as there are no cameras in that area and Forest Hill management were not able to assist. I tried multiple times to contact the owner of the business with no response. Quote for damage was over $2
