So fuming to get my expensive skirt back and find it has been attached to a wire hanger with 2 pins, which have now left 2 large and noticeable holes in the garment. The fabric is absolutely not suitable for adding pins to or being hung in this way. I'm astounded that anyone who knows the first thing about clothes would do this. Now my gorgeous skirt is ruined all because I choose to use Brown Gouge to dry clean it. Do not risk your clothes by going here!!

Highly highly recommend! I had a bright red drink split all down a very expensive white lace dress and when I picked it up it was spotless. Relieved was an understatement. Wouldn't go anywhere else

They do good work but customer service is shocking! Gentlemen that constantly wears Storms jersey is incredibly rude and short! I thought it was just me but I’ve heard him talking to other customers!Lovely lady is delightful to deal with, she is very professional and friendly. 5 star for her!

Asking questions about a prospective difficult dry clean for only a few minutes, when suddenly told - you're not listening to me! I have 37 years experience, I don't have the cleaning equipment required and will send it out, no guarantees, please leave now!I should have been warned as the customer in front of me was berated for politely asking for a quick formal shirt clean for tomorrow's wedding.Avoid IMO.

Fantastic service and amazing alteration job!Bought a floor-length gown online which arrived an entire size too large. It needed a lot of fixing, but Melissa did a wonderful and very careful job of altering what was a very complex dress. Also done a lot faster than I would have expected.Would highly recommend this place. This was the second time I've brought a formal dress in to be altered and I was definitely not disappointed.Thanks again Melissa and John! Will post photos soon if I can edit this

John was incredibly helpful during a stressful time and helped me dry clean my wedding dress. The dress looks incredible, it has come up fantastic. Service was fantastic and I cannot recommend this business enough.
