Melissa is attentive and willing to help find the perfect pair of shoes. She has an eye for quality and a gentle manner that does not leave you pressured to purchase. The shop is well presented and her generosity left my friend and I feeling grateful.

I am a support worker for disability trust. Every Tuesday I drop in with a client who is not interested in buying shoes but just to have a chat. He has taken a liking to Melissa and that says something. Coz this client only talks to people he likes. And Melissa makes him feel welcome. As I'm sure she does with all her customers

Mel is fantastic. Willing to provide great advice. I especially love the ‘Irregular Choice’ brand of shoes Mel carries. They are different, well made and fit with any outfit to make a system! Can’t wait to visit again.
