Perhaps the most disgusting and unhygienic fast food outlet I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Apart from the 15 minute wait for our burgers, when I asked someone to wipe down a table for us (it was literally covered in food scraps and spilled drink) she promptly came and wiped it down, but chose not to clean up the other filthy disgusting tables adjacent to us. Those table were filthy for well over 40 minutes and food scraps all over the floor. It remained this way when we exited. What a disgrace. Check out the picture of the kitchen floor! I remembered why I have not visit a fast food place for over 10 years.....

Quite quiet later in the day, about 6pm.Tropical burgers are amazing.Shakes were nice enough. Think I got caramel...?Chips a little less salty than Macca's and KFC.Would definately buy again.

Store was clean. Staff friendly and served my order well. Carolina whopper, chips and a latte. Very nice. The burger exceptional!

We visted on our lunch break. 23 minutes to wait for 2 orders is a bit much (given Hungry Jack's is known as fast food). The girl taking orders served 6 people as we all stood there looking at each other. I was first and received my meal last. We ordered Ice Cream Sundaes as part of our meal which were melted whilst we waited for our burgers. The manager walked in and asked for my burger to be made 3 times before it was made. All the staff kept staring at each other unsure what to do next.Come on its hungry Jack's people.

Every thing was ok. Except for the fact I took my client there and needed to use the disabled toilet. It was busy thought it was another person that needed it. When the person came out it was a staff member. Not cool.

Always met with friendly service in the drive thru. While my food is not always correct or fresh, they are always happy to take my name for a replacement order and the quality of the food is always good then!

Service was woeful.If I could give no stars I would.Waited 20-25mins for a coffee, and I’m not exaggerating. No apology, and seemed as though they didn’t care.Won’t be back, rather go somewhere where they appreciate your business.

I eat a burger and chips maybe every 6 months. I visited Gawler Hungry Jacks for a quick bight on the way home. Had been here once before when it was quite new. It is no longer new, it is well worn, especially the toilets which I had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting. One word comes to mind, disgusting. Not sure if it is appropriate to post a photo of a dirty old broken toilet but I think they need to be shamed into providing atleast clean rest rooms. No hand wash, the bracket still attached to the wall. No wonder Covid is transmitted easily. However, the burger and fries were as good as I've had anywhere. Zoom in on the picture if you dare.

Pathetic. Get there at 10pm, to order and can only pay by card… I’m sorry but I feel like if anything the card machine would be broken. Why would you not take cash? And wouldn’t even let people in even though they close at 11. Good work HJS. Good work.

Decent service, location is alright but access is terrible, worst carpark around and your forced to drive through half the narrow and busy carpark to get there.Uber drivers seem to get preference to anyone else, why should they be able to cut queues whilst others stand there and wait! Someone needs to tell these arrogant uber drivers we are customers too and wait their turn
