Great personal service

Excelant service.

They have caused me so much stress, don't have any understanding what the life of a person living with a disability is like. They have a heavy front door with a step up into the office. All of this makes it hard to enter the office. It doesn't help that they sit at there desk and watch you struggle with trying to hold the door open, stepping up and using a walking stick. I have been on there books for the past 3 years and not once have they helped me find work or assist me with getting the right tools to apply for work. I have been cut off from my pension by them quite often as I was away helping with the care of my brother while he was on life support. The girls there don't have a care for there clients at all. I am not a fan but unfortunately no one wants to listen or do anything about the way they treat people.
