I understand that oil will be spilt every now and then. But to not even bother cleaning it up and handing it back to the customer in that state?From the oil filler cap all the way down the front of the engine, serpentine belt and all was covered in oil and literally dripping.My driveway is now covered in oil. Even the sump plug was still dripping.Not a very good experience.

If any thing can be said is they are too good. Every time I've used them, nothing is a problem. I come to the coast from merriwa, and they are my preferred mechanic. Always up for a bit of banter. The team work well together or as individuals.Angus

We had a registration crisis thrust upon us and desperately needed a blue slip. Brett squeezed us in! He completed a thorough inspection in half an hour and got us on our way. He is a very competent and polite young man. I recommend his services highly.

Have been coming to these guys since we came to the coast. Good service at a fair price. Not much more you'd want from a mechanic. One thing to note is that they get so busy that they may not necessarily contact you, so give them a nudge/call if you need an update on your service at all.

This is a honest family run business and the boys really know their stuff.

i dropped my car off for a diagnosis. the staff quoted me 2500 for coils, spark plugs and gaskets. they told me the coils cost $200 each (cost $146 posted for all 6) and spark plugs were $100 each (i already had 6 $25 plugs in the glove box which they refused to fit) and then told me i had to pay a $125 diagnostic fee which they never told me about. after going to retrieve my car and take it to a trustworthy mechanic the radiator suddenly was ruptured and spitting coolant everywhere when it was in fine shape when the car was dropped off. the entire experience with the staff here i was treated extremely rudely and i will never ever have the misfortune of returning to this shop again after this. staff asked me to remove my honest review and when i told then i stand by what i wrote, they turned around and went back to what they were doing, and ignored me.
