How disappointing. We couldn't even eat the food to suffice....The burger bun was stale, the chicken was completely dried out.. even some extra sauce to elevate that microwaved heat dehydration could have helped.. the chips overcooked and sad... not sure whats happened to this place. But will not be coming back. The young boy was nice enough but its very slow service for not even 2 meals.

I’m a door dash driver and I just have to say the adult staff working today are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Walking around on a personal phone call laughing away looking at me but I was completely ignored. A young girl noticed I hadn’t been served and came over to help out. She was lovely. But the order was not made until I arrived at the store. This usually isn’t a problem but the store was completely dead and empty. I had to wait around because the women laughing away on a phone call was too negligent to check that there was a order on the screen. It was then all left up to the young girl to race around and get everything ready. Horribly rude managers/owners. Very unclean and unkept. Two massive baskets of chips sitting over the fryer that looked like they had been there for 30 minutes plus. Very disappointed and had to make a complaint through the doordash agents it was that bad.

Unfortunately things have gone up in price and very much down in quality. Just spent over $50 and the burger were reheated not fresh. Small burgers, rolls and meat dry and salad soggy. Definitely just made, frozen, and then reheated. I am not sure why the wait was so long considering they weren't made fresh. Very disappointing! The cheeseburger didn't even have onions in it, thus use to be so good and it's over $6 for literally a dry bun and patty and a bit of sauce.

Not worth a star. Not only did they charge $20.95 for a regular burger meal it was under cooked and the smell was disgusting. Drive past people and go to KFC, Brodies is definitely not the same as it used to be and the Service is shocking.

The $5 special of chicken and chips was disgusting. Chips were soft and the one piece of chicken ( which was a leg) looked like it came from a canary, and what little meat on it was so dry and disgusting. Whatever happened to Brodies? It was once the best in South East QLD. Now the worst. NEVER AGAIN.

I recently ordered tonight some burgers and since my husband and I started to eat them we realised it was the wrong burgers. I ordered a chicken deluxe and got one with siracha sauce. My husband also got a siracha sauce burger that should've been something else. So devo!

So disappointed never again it was not even busy down there, only star is for service.Food was so terrible and dry ,found a unnecessary drumstick bone in a tropical pack in which the chicken was long from fresh and chips where over cooked
