Dolphin Screens

We have had the most appalling service and experience with Dolphin Screens, Bomaderry NSW.After being given the run around for over 8 weeks now from Mitchell Burke, we are exhausted, and still have had no luck with repairs.We have made countless calls, left countless messages pleading for a response and sent numerous emails, all ignored for weeks and then replied with the most unprofessional response. We have documented all calls, emails etc and would like other customers who have had the same experience to please contact us, as there is strength in numbers, something should be done about the operation of this business as they are the only providers of Centor Screens for the ACT. Their own message service confirmed that they receive so many complaints exactly like ours, this was all documented and emailed to Mitchell for a response and action, and his response was they are extremely busy, end of story. The positive reviews have been suggested as fake, as the message service said they are inundated with complaints. Please contact us as we would like to take action and protect innocent customers from such a stressful experience.

Attempted to get a quote for some screens last year, the team at dolphins made the effort to come and measure up. I kept following up on my quote and the response was always the same “we will get back to you”, which they never did. Waste of my time as we kept waiting holding off on other quotes. If they didn’t want small jobs honesty would have be appreciated.

Whilst the quality of the installed screens seems to be very good, it was very hard to get a result (8-9 weeks from paying deposit).I had to follow up several time on our order. I felt like I instigated all communication and sadly there was always an apology about the delay in replying.If communication was better then we would have been more understanding and patient about the length of time taken.
