Precision Eye Clinic

Taking my mum to appointments is always tricky as she is physically frail and suffers from severe aphasia which means she has no speech and very little written communication skills. We hadn't been here before. We were referred by mum's GP (after I refused to take her back to another eye clinic where we were treated like cattle in a cattle yard). There was very little wait time and the staff were friendly, kind and caring. Mum had a small lump which needed removing and the doctor decided to do it there and then rather than put us through the hassle of booking into day surgery. We were both so grateful for the fabulous service and the consideration given to mum. This is the place to go if you need and ophthalmologist.

Highly competent and caring from reception, specialist aides and Andrew Jones as Opthamologist. Other eye specialists as well but no experience of them. Recent detached retina treatment has been excellent, highly professional, caring and informative. Very happy to recommend.

I switched across to Precision Eye Care after enduring 6 months of monitoring and inaction under Derwent Eye Care, which left me with anxiety and depression. Dr. Andrew Jones was recommended to me by 3 of his patients whom I met by chance over a month. There's no comparison between the two companies. The level of service at Precision is superior and outstanding in my experience. At my first visit, my blood sugars were checked along with my blood pressure and a request for a complete blood test to get a very clear picture of my overall health. Treatment started immediately, and 4 months in the hard evidence speaks for itself. My eyesight is almost back to where it was. Thank you Andrew and Staff.
