Most disgusting motel I have ever state at,no working air-conditioning,no bath room light, light fittings broken,no milk, overall very dirty looking will not return

I wish I could give this place a minus 10 star rating. It was absolutely disgusting. The photos do not reflect what the rooms look like. There was mould growing in the bathroom, the toilet looked like an unqualified plumber installed it, the vanity was falling apart. The carpet was dirty. The outside needs a good scrub as it looks filthy. I wouldn’t let my animals stay here, for the price I paid I expected it to be clean. Not to mention being woken all night by domestic violence victims coming in at all times of the night, I felt very unsafe here and will never ever come back. I would like a refund as I did not get what was advertised or what I paid for, very misleading. This filthy place needs to be inspected by the the health inspectors.

The customer service from an Australian Male Attendant with blonde hair at Reception was excellent, I didn't get his name.The TV was connected to Wi-Fi was cool & awesome. Room#40 from room to beds to amenities were awesome, nice view from the balcony towards BNE city.There was something about room#40, maybe the staff door near room#40, squinch at night like someone walking along that staff door past 2am to 4am. I prayed during our stay and felt good.But, at the end of my check out on 14/04/23 the Chinese young lady at Reception was rude,her customer service approach was not pleasant all, I did not get her name. Anyway, good stay,we rested very well.Thank you Annerley Motor Inn.

we stayed here for 3/4 weeks.the owners were very nice and very helpful our aircon broke they swapped us rooms straight away and got the aircon fixed the next day.very nice people & was good stay

TV had no remote, there was no cable TV like advertised just free to air even then there was only half the channels, less then 30 seconds of hot water in the showers, air conditioning didn't work properly, ordered a kitchenette and there was no frying pans and saucepan, utensils draw had 6 butter knives and no forks and spoons. Stayed for 4 nights and was given 1 roll of toilet paper. Wasn't a great experience

I wish I could give no stars! I booked this hotel for my wedding weekend and what a mistake that was! Absolutely disgusting!!! The room was filthy, it smelled so bad! It made our clothes stink.. we had to wear thongs in the shower, the toilet moved when sat on, the air con didn’t work, had no plates or cutlery , nothing to wash the cups we did have, stains everywhere, drug deals going on day and night outside our door.. druggies moaning and groaning walking around the hotel. Do not stay here, don’t take your kids here… we felt so unsafe here! The owner and staff were so rude also! Waste of money!!

Highly recommend not staying here. Rooms smell. Unsure what of, but it’s not good. Carpet dirty. Bathroom and Kitchenette area dirty. Coffee cup spill marks on bench that would come off with a wipe down.Fridge does not work.Toilet seat was up and toilet did not appear to be cleaned.There’s also a high level of noise in the area, which is fine but it seems like you can hear a lot between rooms and from outside. As well as smell almost instantly if someone is smoking out the front.Also during our stay the water got turned off with no warning, we later found out it was for some kind of maintenance, but to be told would have been nice.We are not precious people or clean freaks or whatever & I usually wouldn’t comment or bother to write a review, but really really un impressed.

Disgusted in the staff and management of this motel.I was booked in here for just over a week by Micah Projects as asked by the director of the QLD Housing Department as I had an extremely bad case of Covid.Upon checkout I realised I left some clothing I’m the cupboard. I called up and was told all items “weren’t found.”Upon asking to check the CCTV I was told that “none of the CCTV work.”I know they were stolen / thrown out and find this absolutely disgusting. Staff are very rude and there is No housekeeping at all.One of the worst experiences I have ever had in any hotel/motel.Don’t t stay here. Dishonest staff and management.

Definately did not meet my expectation. Very run down, very dirty and absolutely bad odour the single room smelt disgustingly of smoke and very dusty. Luckily I carry Glen 20 and car deodoriser and sanitise wipes with me in my car to kill the smell and clean the place best we can. We had to use the bathroom hand basin to use water for the electric jug, no where to wash dishes if needed, in which did not use I had 2 rooms. The family room was very bad it looked filthy, and smelt disgustingly like vomit we were shocked. Carpet filthy, the bed valances were dirty not washed the sheets were the only things clean. It has a kitchnette without a sink you have to use the bathroom to fill jug for water, very unhygienic. Again we cleant the place and made it smell better, it was the fragrance Glen 20 that made it easier to stay in, unable to clean the carpet though. We will never return or even recommend this motor Inn. The location very good, the views good from upstairs parking adequate.I complained to the management on site she said the cleaners did, I replied well obviously they didn’t do a good job. I let her know that we are very disappointed.When leaving the venue to attend our function I saw the male night manager and also told him that we were not happy with the cleanliness of the rooms I booked he just looked and didn’t say anything.
