Awesome service! From the minute you walk in the front door you feel welcome and everyone wants the best for you. The reception staff are welcoming and caring. As a relatively new centre, the equipment is up to date and attractive, and provides a very professional vibe.My physiotherapist, Megan, has been marvellous. She really focussed on my needs and worked with me to establish my goals. Her thorough assessment really identified key areas for my treatment that were spot on. The exercise program she devised has been just right and my steady progress is testimony to her skill.The exercise physiologist, Hannah, whom I work with in my sessions is truly exceptional. She is so tuned in to my program and my individual requirements. She is so caring but at the same time immensely upbeat and great fun. I just can’t wait to get to my sessions. My improvement would probably be much less striking, and definitely much less enjoyable, without Hannah.Overall, best Physiotherapy service I have ever been to.

I adore everything about this studio. The Pilates instructor is so knowledgeable, she manages to suit the class to each individual and ensures a variety of exercises to keep it fun and interesting. I feel as though the quality of her class and the individual approach she takes is what makes it so worthwhile. I can't speak more highly of this studio, I have been telling all my friends about it. Giovanna is the kindest human being and I look forward to classes with her. Can't fault her.

A place where the professionals are reliable. Their knowledge is already shown starting from the questions they make to investigate the source of your issue, then by the clearly explanations they give to you. Finally by the results after the treatment.Lucky you if your Pilates instructor is Giovanna. She is lovely!

I see both Meghan and Hannah and both are excellent. The ladies on Reception are also excellent and very welcoming.
