Absolutely appalled with this service. Incomplete food, followed by a toxic attitude, which didn't allow my wife confidence to ask for a remake/refund. Absolutely not acceptable. As a former maccas employee, I know if I had made this I'd get in big trouble if anyone were to ever find out. Absolute last time I personally will be purchasing from this store. I urge anyone to stand up for themselves when little brats rock up to work to steal money by being dead weight and not providing service their hired to do. Quick to fire, slow to hire.Food got you 3 stars,Service got you 2.But the fact my wife felt like she couldn't ask for a refund due to such toxic attitude? Wish I could give zero.Not all staff are bad but this one is now the face of that maccas for us. Have a think about that one hiring managers.

ABSOLUTELY WORST MCDONALDS EVER. DIDNT EVEN GET SERVED AT FIRST BOX. WAITED 5 MINS.THEN WENT TO WINDOW AND ORDERED BUT WAS TOLD TO GO TO NEXT WINDOW WHERE I SAT FOR 15MINS.COULDNT EVEN TAKE MY ORDER PROPERLY.DONT GO HERE ITS RUN BY LITTLE KIDS WHO DONT HAVE ANY IDEA AND DONT CARE.THE MANAGER IS SO YOUNG HES HOPELESS.

So went to get tea while on holidays, I ordered thru the touch screens. My family got there's but I was waiting patiently and was number 116, they called 121 and still did not get mine. When I asked after standing for 15 minutes I asked did they miss mine. They found it on their screens and they said to me ,oh sorry we will have to remake it) no wonder people get mad. Then when my nephew needed the toilet

Haven't been to McDonald's for quite awhile thought we would give it a try. Never again if you want burgers that are cold. The place is not clean I would not recommend going there. I will go to the burger place down the road they do burgers extra hot if you want. I gave one star wish I could give none.

I bought it through drive through. Hash brown for my breakfast and taste same as I ate in Singapore. I love the way MacDonald maintain the quality.

Out of three people's orders, mostly ok and prompt for table service. My coffee, however, hadn't arrived after 25 minutes so I went up and waited another 5 minutes to be served (admittedly they were busy), all the time I was eyeing a lonely coffee sitting on the end of the counter. I thought, and got, the worst. Staffer felt the outside of the cup, shrugged, and handed it to me.....

Unbelievably horrible service - the girl taking our order was rude and quick. The second window gave us the drink and closed the glass in our face. We then waited at the third window for 5 minutes whilst 3 cars behind us got their food and left. The girl handed us our food quickly without apologising for the wait or anything, and to top it off the food was entirely wrong. In our Big Mac we got sauce onions and pickles which were all asked to be taken off (which two people confirmed with us) and the cheeseburger didn’t even have a bloody bun!

This Maccas has a penchant for screwing up orders.. lost count of the times extras were left out or burger add-ons missed, and have had other people's orders offered to me at both payment and pick up stages. Other than that, usual Maccas fare.

Always get my order for dairy free coffee wrong. Every time I get a hot drink from here, it's dairy milk, which I have severe allergies to.
