Went in for a simple acrylic nail removal. Instead of soaking in acetone, the nail tech proceeded to painfully pry off my nails with another acrylic - making me bleed in the process. Even after I insisted I wanted my nails soaked, I was rudely told “this is quicker” despite my apparent discomfort. Extremely unprofessional, I will not be returning.

Employees are very rude and make false appointments and make us wait for an hour even before attending to us. Would not recommend this place!

i showed a photo of what i wanted and the lady started doing something different. when i told her to stop and showed her the photo again she was getting mad. she then started putting other nail polish on and making them shorter which is not what i wanted. She was being really rough and hurting my nails and made my finger bleed. I would not recommend this place.

The ladies at the shop inside Floreat Forum take customers even if you have an appointment. They say wait “10 min” and this is never the case as they have very little sense of time. When I complained about it they cut my nails 2 short and were very rough when doing my manicure and pedicure. When I asked to speak to the manager they acted as if they could not speak English.

Terrible. Wanted to treat myself, left trying not to cry. First burnt my foot in boiling hot water, had to ask the lady to stop being so rough and when I was stabbed and made to bleed I’d had enough and left as I couldn’t sit through anymore. The most terrible experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend going anywhere else.

Very upset. Went to get SNS today and chose out a colour I liked a soft pink glitter. When the lady started to do my SNS dip the first nail came out literally orange. She had the wrong colour so I pointed that out that it was orange. She then grabbed a pinker colour which I thought was going to be better but instead it was completely different and darker. I was not asked if it was the right colour when she began doing the nails - nor was I given the opportunity to “re-choose” a colour. I have left very upset and absolutely wasting my money on something I did not even like.

If you would like to get charged $82 an hour to get abused then this is the place for you. Absolutely shocking service and will never be returning.

It was my first time going there and I had a horrible experience. I wish it there was a negative star ratings. Horrible Customer service, lady doing my nails was very rude she didn’t listen to what I said and she did what she want to do with my nails turn out very awful. I asked for a ombre and this is what I got. Never going back.
