We were looking for a family car and needed something reliable, Mark & Brad helped us work through the options, they said they’d look after us & they did, our final decision - a Toyota Kluger - we asked for a great deal and they even came to the party with that too! For peace of mind we went with their extended warranty ( a lot of ppl think they’re not worth the paper they’re printed on but we trust Mark & Brad - advising us its the best Ext. Warranty on the market). Will update our experience as per use. If you want a competitively priced used car and peace of mind - visit this dealership, they stand by what they say. We’re very happy :)2021: The Kluger is still awesome - such a good car - haven’t had to use the warranty at all yet. Seriously the best car we’ve had - still happy.

This is the worst experience in dealer shop. The staff was SO RUDE and ARROGANT. They dont even want to hear what customers say and always answer in different way instead of giving us direct answer. I wanted to know How many owners before, they said MAYBE one.Anyway, I have been many car dealer shop in Adelaide, CK is the most TERRiBLE one who make customer unhappy and unprofessional one I have ever.
