Alchemy of Hair

I just came out from there and can’t wait to give a bad review of this place.Firstly, when the girl was washing my hair told to the other colleague of hers ‘ so dirty’ referring to my hair, because my hair are oily because of some health issues.Then another hairdresser, who gave me the haircut, started to ask me if they gave me a price because I wanted the blow dry too, maybe because I was dressed with my job t-shirt. Just to let you know I own 3 businesses, so I have the money to pay an haircut and blow dry, and I work in them so sorry that I didn’t have the time to get change and dress up and come to your luxurious salon.Never come back again.To be fair I have to say that I like the haircut, but when you have this bad customer service your skills are not appreciated.

At first I thought I was lucky to be able to get colour done as a walk in without a booking. The service was fine but I am very unhappy with the end result of the colour. I asked for a half head of foils, I had some regrowth and you could see my original colour, rather than sticking with a similar tone to the foils I already had and just touching up the regrowth, I now have completely different coloured hair. While this place is convenient as it’s within my local shopping centre, it’s not worth it. The girls here do not know what they are doing with colour work, this is now the second time they have seemed to not be able to match a colour with foil work. If you are considering this place for colour, maybe look elsewhere, unless you love paying $400 for something you didn’t ask for.

Amazing experience have been to both the the Macquarie and Burwood branches. Sarah, Harry and the whole team are the best at what they do. From a men’s haircut point of view you cannot fault their service, prompt on appointments and just simply put know what they are doing for in order to give you a great experienced.

Probably won't be going back..While I was lucky to get a same day appointment for a wash, cut and colour, I wish I had gone elsewhere.The staff were probably the most unfriendly that I have ever come across in a hair salon. There was no offer for a tea, coffee or water. The girl who washed my hair (no introduction), no smile and barely said two words, it was really unprofessional. The haircut I received was fine, but the whole experience was quite uncomfortable to be honest.

Sarah and the team at alchemy of hair Burwood are simply amazing.Sarah takes the utmost care of your hair she not only listens to what you want done but also offers her opinion. So happy with the way my colour turned out.

It all started with her confidence & humbleness, this put me at ease. Highly recommend Alchemy of Hair Burwood. I started seeing Sarah at Alchemy of Hair Macquarie over 7 years ago-she just understands what my hair needs, has an eye for the right colour for brown skin and looks after the condition of my hair too. Sarah is genuinely a lovely caring person too and has picked an excellent team!

I've just recently done my hair cut and blow dry, it was an amazing result! I'm completely satisfied and happy, the staff here are very nice and chill. Would definitely recommend!
