Have been trying to locate them to buy toilet supply. As I entered, was greeted by a lady that immediately put me at ease.Told her of my needs and immediately she was in action helping me - explaining, advising, recommending until I made a correct decision to purchase.All these took about half and hour.I thank Swan for such assistance and I strongly recommend all to go for your plumbing supplies.Aussie, Aussie.......Aussie !!!!!

Worst customer service iv ever experienced!!! I was the only customer in the store. Wouldnt acknowledged me, no help. Couldn't get anyone out of the office. Young blonde woman actually shrugged her shoulders at me. SWAN find new staff! I literally walked out!And Swan I know very well where your store is as I was in the showroom itself and have been there prior. The glass door at the back where the carpark is! Lol no blonde? My eyes must not work then! Poor excuses!
