Anika's Remedial Massage Therapy

I have been going to Anika for remedial massage treatments over the last couple of years. She's incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

As a 59 year old male, I have had a bad back for over 30 years, bulging disk, worn disk and arthritis in my lower spine to the point where I was on pain killers all day every day, my specialist suggested I have an operation ! Then I meet Anika, she fixed my issues in the first session, no pain most of the day (only when I over do it) but honestly I feel like a different person, she is an incredible woman, I would highly recommend her. If only 6 ⭐ were a possibility !Having been diagnosed with cancer - 6mths into my chemo treatment the aches & pains started creeping in . Being awoken by them one night I was thinking maybe massage would help ease the discomfort I was experiencing . Going online Anika's bright & fresh advertising colors grabbed my attention - even at the wee hours of 3am . Anika is amazing. She is kind, warm and genuinely concerned in helping one get better. She explains clearly of issues in areas affected as she massages. My husband and I have obtained great relief from her remedial massages and would not hesitate to recommend anyone to her.

I have bursitis in my right shoulder and when I went to Anika for my first remedial massage, I was in lot of pain and had limited range of movement. I just had my second session today and my shoulder feels amazing! For the first time in months, I feel like I can move normally again. My range of movement has improved so much! I'm definitely returning until my shoulder is fully healed. Anika is very professional and has great skills. She's also a lovely person, making me feel very comfortable every time I see her. I have been coming back to Anika for quite a number of years now.I see her pretty much every 2 to 3 weeks and she knows exactly what my body needs.I can only comment on deep tissue massage, but I always feel much, much better when I leave her place.She really gets into the area that needs treatment and her (registered) nursing background is very helpful also.Highly reccommend Anika for fixing you up, 11 out of 10 for me!Ps. This is the best place to fix your periformis syndrome. Anika has really good understanding of human body. I went to Physiotherapist and Chiropractor but they couldn’t even diagnose my problem. However, Anika has diagnosed it in 5 minutes after talking to me. She is very professional and I would recommend everyone to her. Thank you Anika !

I've had very bad back pains for 5+ years from work and an injury from the gym. As a father of 2 little ones I couldn't enjoy the simple daily tasks and activities with them. Couldn't play sports and stopped going to the gym, which was really disappointing. Im so happy to have met Anika, just after 1 remedial session I could feel a big difference and relieved!
