First time visitors. My wife and I had different styles of nachos, and chips. Great flavors and decent servings. I got the lime soda as a drink, but it was very bland. Pretty much tasteless. That was the only negative really. Staff were very obliging and super helpful. Food came quickly and was hot. Recommend highly.

The music is way too loud so loud I have a headache which is really sad as the food is great I really enjoy it". But I can't hear my phone I can't hear people talking and I couldn't hear them call my number. Service will get better I am sure as soon as they turn that dam music down it is ridiculous everyone is screaming over the music it is noisier than a night club. The Store was so busy that they couldn't clean the tables or clear the rubbish off them. I was determined to sit down so I cleared and cleaned my own table but I watched people walk out because of how the dining room looked. Sad because as I said the food is good actually it's fantastic. They just need more staff or for the staff they have to be doing more lots of them being new were not doing as much as they could have. The noise is making it hard for things to coordinate as well as they could so it was a big drama being heard when I ordered my food also."

This place has a good vibe when you walk in, usually friendly staff, met with a hola". Themed upbeat music bright wall art and the slow cooked beef (spicey) with brown rice is awesome to fill the void after a workout."

Been a few times here! Food comes out hot, fast and nicely prepared.Staff are always very friendly with a great attitude and the quality reflects on how busy it is, especially on $5 burrito nights!!

It's changed since we were there last as it was a great place to eat but now not so great only in the last week or so it's not the same.Starting to become very expensive for us older fans of GYG

I went to drive through to get my chicken bowl, they said that there was 10minute wait for chicken. I waited for 15min in the waiting area and then my order came. I took my order and went home and opened the bag and it was a burrito instead of bowl. But I did not mind so I ate the burrito but they didn’t even keep chicken in the burrito which I waited for 15min.So disappointed with this. Had to wait for 15min, had to pay extra for public holiday, had to eat wrong order, and also no right ingredient.I would have given 0 starts if there was.

The atmosphere is very cool. The service was friendly and fairly quick. I'm not a huge fan of the food, but that is my personal taste more than the quality of the food. The seasoning on the fries is yummy.

Not as good as some of the other franchises I have been to. Burritos were quite sloppy and made with zero care factor. Order was incorrect and when it was meant to be remade it was forgotten so we were left waiting with no food!Chips inside the Cali were well overcooked.Staff left much to be desired & seemed to lack an actual manager. A bunch of kids not giving 2 hoots about doing a proper job.No lactose free milk either!Disappointing experience overall sadly. c'mon you can do better team.
