Genuine Broaster Chicken Fairfield

Good Food. Tasty but a huge waiting period. More than 20mins. Money oriented & less customer focus. Recommended for the tasty but definitely not for the service. Prices have jacked up. I went again with a friend for the 2nd time. Near the cashier says, minimum EFTPOS charge is $10. I got $25 worth of food & old gent (probably the owner) charged me another $0.50 because I paid by credit card. Complete rip off. Please avoid this place

I did order from this service many time thru Uber Eat. Their food used to be delicious but not anymore. I was hungry and I did order a dinner box last nite . It was terrible. Every piece of chicken is as salty as they soak it in seawater for a year. I drank 2 cans of coke and it’s still salty. Never back again.

His food is great. My family and I went to dinner. The food was more than amazing and the service is very good It's a good place for kids

Extremely poor Customer service.Please don’t go there if you are not Arabic speaker.They are extremely racist.If you ask for a order ready for fight.I order 2 Shawarma after 20 minutes wait they give me 1 and give me 1 shawarma payment back.Shame on this kind of behaviour.

I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The waiters were committed to great service and were very friendly. The presentation of the food was awesome and i definitely liked that you have a modern style. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great!

My recent visit to Broaster Chicken in Fairfield was an absolute disaster from start to finish. It was an evening filled with frustration, disappointment, and some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I had high hopes for a delicious meal, but unfortunately, those hopes were completely shattered.To begin with, the wait time was beyond unreasonable. My parents and I waited for over two hours before our food finally arrived. We had ordered 3 kilos of Kabab, expecting a substantial amount to feed three people. However, when the food eventually arrived, we were presented with a meagre portion that would hardly satisfy a single person, let alone a group. It was disheartening to see such a small quantity after such a long wait.Understandably, my brother became frustrated and decided to contact the owner, George. Regrettably, the interaction with George was even more disheartening than the entire dining experience. George displayed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills. He was rude, dismissive, and refused to accept any responsibility for the disappointing meal and the excessive waiting time. Instead of offering an apology or attempting to rectify the situation, George pretended to be too busy to address our concerns and told us not to complain.What I find particularly disappointing is that if George had shown some honesty and accepted our feedback as constructive criticism, this review might have taken a different tone. A simple acknowledgment of the problem and a genuine effort to rectify the situation would have gone a long way in salvaging their reputation. Unfortunately, their refusal to take responsibility and their dismissive attitude have left me with a sour taste in my mouth.Based on this horrendous experience, I can confidently say that I will never step foot in this restaurant again. The combination of extremely poor customer service, excessive waiting times, and a complete lack of accountability from the owner has left me with no desire to give this establishment a second chance. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this restaurant if they value their time, money, and overall dining experience.In conclusion, my visit to Broaster Chicken (Fairfield) was an absolute disaster. The incredibly long wait, coupled with an inadequate portion of food, and the rude and dismissive behavior from the owner, George, have ensured that I will not be returning. I hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for others, helping them avoid the disappointment and frustration that I experienced.

2nd year on a row hosting both my son's First Holy Communion and I would recommend this to everyone. The food and its presentation is outstanding and the staff are extremely attentive and helpful. They create an atmosphere where you feel right at home and treat you with the utmost respect. I will 100% be back for another event and strongly recommend this to everyone looking for a venue where you will get a great meal, incredible service at an affordable price. 100% success 2 years running

First time coming here and it will be my last.I would give 0 stars but unfortunately you need to put one star to give a review. Waited 25-30 minutes for two wrap meals and 6 pieces of chicken. While me and my partner were sitting down with our kids waiting for this meal the young girl that put the wrap in the bag she dropped it on the floor. I didn’t say anything. Wish I did at the time. The girl that served me took of her gloves and wore the same gloves she used the make the meals and use the eftpos machine, touch her hair and do everything else with the SAME GLOVE!When I received my meal there was no chips I ask the girl where is the chips for the meals she said I wasn’t charged when I told her i was charged $39 she said oh okay.won’t be to long.We were so annoyed my partner took the kids to the car he didn’t want to be there anymore and didn’t even want to eat. I waited another 10 minutes for the chips. At least say sorry for the wait.Customer service 0 food was 0.I won’t be coming back here.
