I'd give them zero stars if I could, why even bother giving the option to pick up in store when they just call and say they don't have it in stock anyway! And no other option to get it from another store or delivery. Carlos the manager rang me to tell me and he was nothing but rude about it!

I was in store today 17/2/22 at 2.20pmOnly one or two other customers in store at the time. I was there for 15 minutes walking around the pots and pans section looking at all as I was a bit confused and unsure of what I wanted and nothing is priced visibly. Not one staff member greeted me or spoke to me or asked if I need assistance which I did !!! Instead I could hear the young boy and girl talking about their personal life issues quite loudly. I bought a mug and left... came specifically to buy a fry pan but didn't want to Interupt their important" conversation. They even acted as if me coming to the checkout was an inconvenience to them.To management I suggest you check your cctv footage for the date and time I suggested as your store was dead and I wouldn't want to be paying my staff to stand around ignoring the few customers that come in and lose sales...."

I recommend against ordering from their website. They appear to have items in stock, however nothing has shipped. I wouldn't have purchased items that were out of stock as time is a factor. Calls to the customer help line keep getting disconnected while on call waiting. Global Retail Brands" CEO must be raking in the cash during these lockdowns - they're clearly not investing in customer service and they don't have to pay retail staff. Great business model

I visited House on 14/02/2023, I was appalled by the staffs unresponsive and they topped up by not accepting Cash!You've lost this customer.I hope this company goes broke in no time.There are businesses providing excellent and humble service and would be grateful for any and all forms of payment but no not House" ... cash must be so beneath them to accept. SHAME ON YOU!"

I don't normally write reviews but i ordered the Alex Liddy tumbler glasses and i was so impressed, they were shipped immediately and the staff at House made the whole process so easy! I love my new glassware and i love even more that getting them was such a simple process!

Not even a one star! The most arrogant, rude and disrespectful staff ever !!!! Been there a few times and every single time staff is just terrible! Especially recently the older male with glasses.... UNBELIEVABLE! I have never ever treated with such a big disrespect and discrimination as in this store !!! I'm simply speechless!

The staff were friendly, but super disappointed in the purchase experience. Ordered online, to which I was called a day later and told they don't have the item in stock. I was offered to wait 2 - 3 days and they would bring it in from another store. Great!! Then got a call on the 3rd day and told I was misinformed and that they don't transfer between stores, and that my order has been cancelled and I've been refunded...okay..great..I was then told Southland and Highpoint have stock. I went to Southland, and guess what..they have no stock! Why am I being messed around so much!! All for a peeler!!!This is why I love Amazon. Ordered, free delivery, to my door tomorrow..
