Had to head over to this store (not my local) today to urgently pick up a rug I needed that was not in stock at the store nearest to me. The lady I dealt with here was fantastic in her service, super helpful and knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me with a helmet swap also. After the experience I had at this store today, I now wish this was my local!!!

Was looking to buy some leather care items. 500MLs of oil, 125g of saddle soap. Got to checkout, around 85 dollars including $15 shipping.I felt like it was a bit high, so I go looking around. Immediately found it for much, much cheaper on another Aussie website. (starts with 'Greg')Shipping was also $3 cheaper in comparison, for what that's worth.$63.80 for exactly the same items. And not only that, but for the 500mls of oil the image for the item is that of the 1L version of it. I don't think that *that* was intentionally deceitful, but it's definitely adding to the image I'm getting.

The only Horseland in 2 states that have been able to find tall boots that fit me! No issues at all having stuff ordered in either - even if you don’t end up buying it! One of the tall boot models they got in for me didn’t fit and no dramas at all from the staff.
