Having a busy life mean that not a lot of time is spent working on your health and wellbeing, at the strong recommendation of a friend after complaining the lack of sleep I get due to the constant fatigue of my day to day work.From the moment you step through the doors your immediately you are engulfed by a fragrant and exotic aroma, being the organic oils burning in the background. The staff being extremely polite and friendly, allowed me to be quite comfortable in expressing to them what I needed from the treatment, and answering all my questions as to how this could help me. Once decide on the time frame for the session, I was able to use the facilities to change, the bathroom covered in wood provided a calm and natural Sensation.Stepping into the sauna the smell of the natural oils which are used to keep the wooden interior is amazing in setting the authentic sauna experience.Also using the chromo light therapy to provide a multitude of benifits through which help increase the overall be results.And not to mention being able to listen to my own music through the built in Bluetooth feature was really quite a nice touch.After the session was over there was some quite noticeable differences, I felt calm, energized to my surprise, my focus seemed sharp and my breathing felt abosoluty amazing as if my lungs had just had their own cleanse. After some hydration, the staff were kind enough to share some tips and advice for post sauna recovery. I also purchased some oils to use in my home organic and certified to be the purest in Australia i couldn't walk past.Waking up the next morning had felt like a whole weeks rest wrapped into one night of peaceful and extremely deep sleep.I personally cannot recommend this enough to those who constantly work, who constantly feel fatigued, foggy in the mind and even breathing troubles.It has become part of my weekly routine and anyone looking to maximize themselves with little time should head down and be blown away by professionalism and effort Brees team put into your care and health.
