Partner got a rego check done and was told the pink slip would be done that day so we could travel the next day.Never got done. When we called them they said it will be done whenever they feel like it.

We struggled to find a mechanic in Broken Hill. They are all so busy. Baldwins booked us in for Monday. We dropped in today when we arrived in Broken Hill with a video of the issue just in case. The mechanic had it on the hoist and fixed in minutes. We were expecting days delay and an expensive fix. So impressed with their attitude and help. We are so grateful and can continue on our trip.

Went in a for a car service, they didn’t check spark plugs, didn’t check fuel injectors, didn’t check or change oil or filter, didn’t check fuses and they didn’t supply a checklist of any work they did complete. Replaced a windscreen wiper that I did supply, didn’t call me when the car was finished and I had to retrieve my car after service hours. Would never use this business again for any type of vehicle needs.

Just had my timing fixed and carburetor tuned. Easygoing and welcoming staff. I've been given an appointment the next working day. Very reasonable pricing. Would recommend.
