Sales guy, also called Ben, although new to the role, understood exactly what I was after.Price came in slightly cheaper than another quote I’d received.Installer arrived around scheduled time, but was hard to understand, and complained that some debris from the installation that might go into the pool, and the possibility of drilling into pipes. I would of thought these would be common dilemmas the installer would be able to resolve, seeing as this was a pool fence installation.Having said all that, installation went up in the estimated time frame and looked really good. The installer took pieces of my concrete he drilled out, without asking that I would of liked to keep. And there was a screw missing, from the fence. I had to call about that after the installer left, but this was resolved the next day.Not a perfect experience, but overall very happy with the outcome of the fence, and would recommend Fencemakers to friends and family.

We recently had a gate door made for our garage opening. Very happy with the service and quality and just about every part of our journey in getting the gate measured madeand fitted. Most other companies haven't even rung back from my enquiry. Thank you for your efficiency and good service.

We chose Fencemakers due to the quality of their product mostly, then also found they were competitive on price too. Happy with the end result and communication along the way. I canceled my order from Fencemakers after absolutely appalling treatment as a customer. A full refund was provided. The salesman Graham was arrogant from the get go and aired displeasure whenever I used questions about my order.When I tried to understand and solve a issue with the design I was chastised by the salesman and confronted by the angry manager.I do not recommend this company, even though their price was marginally cheaper.

I just wanted to thank the team at Fencemakers for providing us with fantastic custom gates and excellent service from start to finish during our recent automated gate install. The whole process was a pleasure from initial conversations and quote from Carl through to conversations with Brad at the Fencemakers factory in Malaga concerning status and delivery dates and finally with the installation team including the automation experts. The engagement with the whole team was second to none and the finished custom build gates are perfect in terms of build quality, appearance and function. We went for full automation in the end and the motor and controller install was also handled quickly, neatly and very professionally resulting in high quality gates that open at the blip of a remote....fantastic. There are many companies out there but I believe Fencemakers are the only company that met my stringent requirements. From start to finish the process was easy & Graham went out of his way to make sure the job was done right the first time down to the last detail. Professional and polite people to deal with. Gates appear to be sturdy and well constructed.My only complaint" is that the hex-head screws used in the construction appear to be galvanised. Would have preferred stainless steel AND that they were painted to match the gates."
