My parcel is still 'waiting to be processed' after 5 days waiting. Calling post office and staff keep pretending that the phone line is noisy but when I said I will call the customer service, they immidiately say 'thank you bye' and hang the phone. Just rediculous.

This post office offers terrible service. The staff is not friendly at all. I went to collect my parcel after I recieved the collection email from post system. I waited for over 15mins for the queue. However, the staff was so rude and asked me to come another day, just because she didn't pack them yet....Oh man, that's your problem! not mine! Even no sorry for anything!!! So terrible!

Nearly half an hour of my life I ll never get back. Staff was Unorganised unhelpful and rude. She seemed completely unable to deal with a simple money transfer after keeping the elderly woman ahead of me waiting for 15 minutes. She told both of us to go away and come back latter for no apparent reason (maybe she knew there was a shift change)I went to Canterbury post office and had exceptional service and was in and out in 5 minutes.

I know most post office staff can be very unfriendly for some reason, but at least in this store they try to be friendly and helpful, better than Deepene 500000 times!!! and much easier to park at the back

I have visited Post Offices in every State and Territory in Australia and Balwyn is by far one of the best little PO’s in the country. Fast, friendly and professional service and I would have no hesitation in recommending this outlet to family and friends for any of their postal needs… Certainly 10/10

Terribly unorganised and unhelpful.Twice they lost items and couldn’t be bothered helping.Literally shrugged their shoulders and said “must of been delivery driver”I opened a case and lo and behold they magically found it after 3 weeks.Both parcels had been in their post office underneath other items.My parents parcels were large too - they just couldn’t be bothered looking
