Great quality kitchens

We tried to use this business (support local and all). We spent an hour in their office (with the fellow who runs the business) to sort out the basics of a kitchen plan. He was all very enthusiastic and told us to wait for a quote from him. After chasing him up for several months, not hearing from him and getting no response at all (we actually thought he might have shut down). We decided to go into the office and speak to someone as time was getting away and 3months had passed. When we finally did find him and speak with him he was rude, arrogant and told me I should have more empathy for his receptionist" who was never there and never answered their phones. We lost a lot of preparation time. We then had to find another kitchen place which was not easy for our timing. As luck would have it we did find one. A business who treats their customers with respect. A business who is professional and responsive."

Disappointing customer service. I waited two weeks for a quote in the home and then spent 5 weeks following up the quote with the company who kept putting me off and i have never received it.
